Counseling-seekers who are curious about how our systems impact their mental health, eager to disrupt mediocrity, unfulfilled by the status quo, who are community-oriented and seeking a life beyond binaries, are a good fit for my practice. Together, we can look beyond normative capitalistic constructs for a sense of home, calm, clarity, identity, fulfillment, and belonging.
In session, you can expect to explore your life through guided storytelling, focusing on your unique reality and how you experience your world. We look at external barriers, ideals you've committed to, fusions to past and future, values that have yet to be expressed, and stretching your focus beyond your current awareness. I'll help you grow what's growable, break cycles, and become a way-maker.
